Wanted to blame the problem with my fridge on me. Had me do all the work and then when they finally came back with the part to fix it - wanted to charge me additional money even though this was through my Warranty Service Company. This company gave terrible advise, took my 45 service fee and never bothered to call when they did not show up for next appointment! Very poor customer service.

I would never reccommend getting scammed out of your money, that is exactly what this company does. Don't count on anyone showing up on time, either.
