While they don't separate the noodles from the broth, the delivery is quick enough that it doesn't matter. When this place gets more popular and the delivery times get longer, this might become a problem. ?????????

Quick delivery. Fan-tas-tic cold noodles: Hiyashi Chu-ka - a summer item. so Impressed with the presentation, amount and quality. Easily the best cold noodles in the East Village. I've been here for 13 years.
I'll let you know how the other dishes turn out. They are my new go-to.
