Great food, Great Service! Great Staff!

This is truly a great place to eat! I brought my family there yesterday and we had wonderful service! Even through a power outage Tony and his staff gave us great service. The kids loved the ice cream, magic tricks, the drum, and most especially the hibachi dinner extravaganza! You and your staff worked so hard and took... such great care of us and the food was WONDERFUL! My son Logan really enjoyed his birthday dinner and so did our family! Thanks for making our visit there so special and thanks to your staff for all their hard work! Amber was so awesome and your positive attitude kept the evening fun. We'll be back for sure because of the family atmosphere, great service, and great food. Thanks again Tony, it was first visit and we were not disappointed. 5 Stars!

What a GREAT place! We had dinner there tonight for the first time! The service was great, the food was EXCELLENT! We had the best time and they even did something special for me when they found out it was my birthday. Please try this resturant, you will NOT be dissappointed! I highly recommend it for all ages! Five Stars in my book.

My family loves Koi~ we go there at least twice a month. The staff is great & the food is fantastic!! I was sorry to read about the other persons review~ they have always been very friendly to my family! And even if they are short staffed occasionally it is always worth the wait!

There is no hostess to great you when you arrive. We waited without being acknowledged for about 10 minutes. We made reservations by calling Koi's. When we got there, they stated they do not take reservations. Hmmm. We should have left right then! There were others wating around (Valentines day) for tables. They seemed pretty upset.
