I have had back surgeory before and my back goes out on me every once in a while and I stretch, rest and use ice and heating pads to heal myself, but the last time it went out I was not getting better only worse I thought i was going to need surgeory again. That is when I went to see Dr. Barnett at the Lighthouse she seemed to be very concerned about my pain and she did some deep tissue massage...
