I've been eating here since the 80s. It's been under new ownership for around a year or so and it's only got better.

I was bummed when I moved across Chesapeake for a few years and it was too far for me to get. Probably the BEST in Chineese food in Chesapeake. The only downside is when ordering on the phone, there is an appearant Language Barrier. Still Great Food and Prices.
