I've never been a big fan of Chili's but... the place has made a tremendous improvement in the last six months. Three of us stopped in for a weekday dinner.
Surprise number one: Excellent service. Really. They have waiters and secondary wait staff that keep the drinks full. The wait staff was frankly a 10 out of 10.

The chicken crispers were terrible! The egg rolls were good. Service was fair but had to repeat ask and didn't even get water refill

We stopped in for an early lunch during our most recent road trip.
Service was quick and accurate. Our server was fantastic and friendly. The food was hot and delicious. No complaints!

One of our favorite places for lunch in the area. The menu had been greatly improved and the food is quite good. I recommend sitting in the bar so you can be served by Meridith or Michelle. These ladies are efficient and very pleasant.
