I guess you have to like Chick-fil-A for some reason. Maybe you like chicken that is little bit too salty. Maybe you like fried food that isn't completely fried. Maybe your kids won't eat anything that's not both salty and fried. Maybe you like their politics. Maybe their line was shorter than the other places here in the food court....

The food was horrible, very fatty and it got cold quickly. It was cold outside but the place was not very warm.

Take Notice.... First of all, the customer service at the mall location is phenomenal! ALL of the employees are pleasant & super courteous. They go out of their way to make you feel special. They ask each customer about their day & make it a point to remember you next time. I appreciate that they go around the mall asking if you need a refill & picking up your tray.

AMAZING SERVICE!. I can't begin to describe just how friendly and abnormally courteous ALL the staff are at this location. They walk around the mall refilling drinks and picking up trash for their customers. They ALWAYS make you feel extra special. I have never been there and received anything less! Sometimes I choose to eat there just because of how nice they are. Do I really need to say...
