I was so excited to find out about Nashville finally having real Chicago food (which is the only thing I miss about Chicago). So we drive over there with my family and finding that it's primarily delivery or pick up. I assumed it would be a nice fast-casual atmosphere like Portillos, but it's a total hole in the wall. There is very little seating, bugs/wasps on the floor, NO soda fountain for refills, and the bathroom area looks like a shipping dock. They didn't even have straws so my 4 year old could drink from the bottled juice. No tap water...only bottled. So after all the salty beef,...

Great food and excellent service

I've been dining here since June of 2009. I can't seem to separate myself from this restaurant. It reminds me of a mom and pop place just because of the great customer service and friendly staff. My food is always fresh and made to order. I've had everything on the menu and fell in love with everything. One of my favorite dishes would be the pizza puff very tasty. So if you're in the area and want a party for your taste buds I definitely recommend stopping by I promise you won't be disappointed!!!!!

First of all, the previous bad review sounds like ignorance and bigotry. This restaurant has amazing food and is ran by the nicest people, not excluding the owner who is American by the way. All of their food is cooked fresh and you can stand and watch them do it if you like! As for spelling? Ever had mass printing done? Printers make errors too and besides... Have you seen the menu? Ok, first of all the menu is very deceitful. If you are going to open a restaurant why not make sure your spelling of the ingredients are correct. The menu clearly states HOMEMADE TERIYAKI SAUCE, OK so can they explain the bottle of KIKKOMAN TERIYAKI SAUCE in the back??? I ordered the Italian beef, which smelled like my weenie dogs food!!! Now the last thing you want to think about when you are eating is DOG FOOD! The sauce for the sandwich tasted like 5 day old beef stock.
