But it is refreshingly obvious when you walk in this business and interact with any of the employees that the relationship comes first and each individual is committed to your happiness and that the financial gain is just the byproduct of the service and rates below and 2nd to the trust gained and earned with the commitment to the relationship coming1st which is priceless in this day and age... There used to be a saying why complain it doesn't get me anywhere but as I mentioned before our culture has change and enables the people that are the problem so I decided to change because a satisfied customers actions speak louder than words.... So let's add some words to the actions because anyone can complain but very few people want to tell the truth because of their own fears and insecurities... The cup is half full and a lot of these reviews come from people that are half-empty I know a lot of the people to this business personally I've had my haircut by Nancy Nikki Kanoa Luanne and they are all efficient and have different personalities the only differences same result with their own special touch I've had my eyebrows waxed tonica Amy is awesome too I am been welcomed graciously by Ashley the receptionist and have always been treated with respect by the owner John... To this group it is not just a job this is a calling for them and if they weren't getting paid to do this it would be their hobby and very obvious if you spent a little or a lot of time with these people... And if you take time to get to know them like I know them u will realize that they are humanbut most important get to know their heart and their character which is seem superhuman compared to customer service today which really sucks... So become part of the family put the relationship first because the money comes second get to know these people I endorse them and they will bring the best out of you inside and out...lol pun intended:-)
Chez Madeleine European Hair styling has the best esthetician in the area That I have found since moving here recently . Tonnica stays current on all the newest techniques available today which has helped with all my skin problems. My skin has never looked so good. She's a keeper.
I've been going to Kanoa for over 5 years. By far the best experience I have had. I always get what I ask for unlike with many other stylists who don't listen. I get great texture and an easy wash-and-go style! She's very skilled and attentive to wishes of her customers.
I had a spa pedicure and opi gel manicure with Amy last week and was so pleased with my service and her friendly and welcoming attitude. My nails and toes still look perfect! I will definitely be back again! Love her and the great staff at Chez Madeleine ;-)
I have been going to Nancy for years now and am always very pleased. She is a great hairstylist who knows what she's doing and has the confidence to go with it. She's always running on time and I never feel like I'm rushed.

I have been going to this salon since 1993. The owner has been cutting/coloring my hair since that time as well. I absolutely love this salon. Everyone there is so friendly, they are the BEST at what they do and take their profession very seriously. I recommend this salon to anyone I meet and will continue to do so. Thanks Chez Madeline for all that you do and for taking such great care of me and my hair!!!
