While the price might be good you will have strange fees appear on your ledger, work orders that won't be addressed for weeks, out of hot water for over a month, constantly hearing smoke alarms chirping in the hallways due to needing new batteries, and fall down the front stairs when it snows because they don't shovel the stairs.
Living here is the worst. I cannot wait till my lease is up!
