If you are looking for real yoga, I mean traditional and not fluffed up...this is the place. The instructors know their stuff. It's a clean and relaxing environment. Great prices too! Not like the other places that want $100+ for a membership. Chesapeake Hot Yoga rocks!
By far the best yoga studio in Hampton Roads. The teachers are incredible and i have never had a bad experience here. The studio is clean the staff is professional and the yoga instruction is OUTSTANDING!
