Run Away!

Owner/Agent arrangement for property on Eagle Way in Virginia Beach: very unprofessional behavior from this owner/agent. Refused to make repairs on damage noted during initial walkthrough. When repairs were finally made in the course of the 3 year lease they were done by an unskilled "handy man". Now she wants to keep the security deposit to make repairs on damage that was present when the lease was made. Reflects very poorly on this business. Steer clear!

VERY BAD PLACE!!

I started renting from a owner who used Chesapeake Bay Realty. I rented over a year. I was allowed to paint whatever I wanted. When it was time to move out. I was tolled to paint the walls back to Off White. ( I am never tolled to paint it back) So I did and I had the family room and master bedroom carpets cleaned. Cleaned every bathroom.
