it was raining the day we crossed, actually, both ways. We know from past trips that the views are amazing when the weather is clear.

You can't imagine traveling through the ocean, above it, below it until you cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. It is kind of scary buy facinating at the same time.
