This is my first apartment. Sure, it isn't perfect, but I like what I get for my money. I, too, wish the inside common areas were cleaned (or cleaned more). I am thinking about renting the washer/dryer because I probably spend $25 a month at the pay machines.

This apartment complex is a horrible place to live. Do not be fooled by the office, it is very nice and the layout is also nice. But when i moved into my place i had so many problems with bug and odd smells. The rent is also very high for a place like this.
