Can't get what you paid for!!

Got a small chicken and broccoli and only received 4 pieces of meat. Here's the kicker though....I paid $1 for extra meat. When I call to explain the issue I had with my food...the owner was rude!! Never ordering from Chen's Garden on Liberty Street again!!

This restaurant has the old world China at it's heart and the moderness of a brand new establishment, not too mention that the food is on par with any four star around in the area.
