Technicians arrived on time, were courteous and professional.
Very careful in their work work and didn't proceed with cleaning a delicate chair when testing on a corner of the fabric showed that it wouldn't respond well to the cleaning solution being used; owner agreed to return to retreat with a stronger solution spots in the white rug that reappeared 2 days after the cleaning was done. ...

This was a service gift for a relative. They were pleased with the outcome Carpet cleaning was very good. The problem is the cost. I was quoted $99 and charged $129 after I gave my credit card information I was told that the price on the invoice was $129.00 for service that we discussed prior to the appointment. I don't appreciate that . They should have asked me first before performing...

Very courteous and professional. The guy that came was personable and willing to help me move some of my furniture to get to certain spots. I would recommend using them to anyone as you can't beat the value. I had my 4 bedrooms, hallway, and 2 sets of stairs done for $160. GREAT COMPANY!
