Dropped off vehicle and shuttle service got me back to work very quickly then picked me up after work to retrieve my vehicle in a timely manner making the whole experience very convenient.

Helpful, efficient, especially since I moved and needed to find a dealership that accepted the Fidelty insurance plan. I had called several others but they were not helpful.

Waiting room is comfortable. Refreshments are variety and abundance. Car washing is great. Services are excellent. Intake is smoothly and effectively. Service team are very polite and accurate.

Everyone is very pleasant. I am usually in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and I always feel confident that the work was done properly. I never feel like I may have been talked into something that I didn't need or that I payed way too much. I trust the Honda service department and will continue to use them and will buy Hondas from Checkered Flag in the future.
