I bought a used car today from Crystal. She was wonderful she explained everything. She let me take the car home overnight so my husband could see it. Usually I feel pressured when buying a car but the checkered flag new experience made it less intimidating.
This a great group of dealerships. I primarily used the BMW dealership in Va. Beach, but their customer service was always top notch. It didn't matter if you purchased you vehicle with them or someone else. They treated you as family and with respect. Highly recommend using them for your next vehicle purchase or service call.
This was our best car buying experience by far! Our fabulous, laid back salesman, Larry, helped us every step of the way. We shopped around and ended up right back with Larry. After looking at nearly every small SUV, he helped us compare two new cars side by side, a Honda & a Hyundai, which really helped make our decision!
Thought I bought a new 2015 Jetta from Checkered Flag VW. During my 10,000 mile service, their own mechanic called and said my new car had a 2014 taillight on the passenger side. Red flag.
