I mostly use the ATM outside of the bank to withdraw/deposit money or deposit checks. I don't find myself coming here very often but when I do I don't have a bad experience. I rarely go inside...

I am having a hard time understanding why you are not able to deposit cash into a Chase account unless you are an account holder...
