We use them for our business accounts. Staff is always helpful and eager to assist with any issues. Usually has no line, or at least a short one that moves quickly. Very personal- a few locations...

Ever since govt gave WAMU to JP Morgan

My fiance has a tax office. She needed information for one of her clients. Call the 800 number and get someone with whom it is difficult to have a conversation and then get the wrong information resulting in having to redo taxes. WAMU should be allowed to go under so we can have other local banks flourish. You get treated better by local than by JP Morgan.
