When you deposit cash it is not put into your account immediately. It's marked as "pending." When I called the 800 number they have no idea why, when I went in they had no idea. Literally the worst bank of all time. I have to deposit my rent check here monthly and it pains me at the HORRIFIC customer service and lack of general business understanding. I'm not sure if there is a person in charge because the organization is pathetic but if there is they should either do something …
