Never have been treated more poorly. The branch manager Rooail Jacob is incompetent, arrogant and unprofessional. Also, staff is not knowledgeable with procedure. Filed a formal complaint and will continue to do so until resolved.

This location so far has been pretty unsatisfactory. Chase is no longer my primary bank as there is not one in my location (and I work at another large national bank) but I still have to go in occasionally to withdraw money that is sent to me.
