I found the staff to be quite pleasant and helpful: for example when I moved in, dryer made a funny brown streak on some towels I was drying... 2 days later had brand new washer and drier. It is expensive, but less than others. Problem: emergency vehicle route down Woodmont can be quite loud. You get used to it. We stayed in one of the short-term furnished apartments for six weeks while relocating here, and found this to be very nice place to stay. The apartment itself was relatively modern, very clean and was furnished very comfortably. We didnt hear our neighbours, but could hear sirens from fire trucks and ambulances on Woodmont Ave. It had the most water-sprinklers Ive ever seen in one place.
