Wow! I adore this place. We came to Norfolk for a trip and found Chartreuse Bistro on our first night and we've been almost every night since. The food is incredible, the staff couldn't be nicer and the interior is fantastic. I just can't rate it highly enough!

My favorite place for lunch. My lunch today was fish stew; a kale salad with goat cheese dressing, almonds, apricot, and onion; and an amazing mushroom & fontina focaccia. The menu is different everyday! The food is wonderful, the tableware and decor are inspiring and the whole team make it a wonderful place for a relaxing break in the middle of the day.

Excellent. My husband and I went a couple weeks ago and I cannot wait to go back. The atmosphere was nice and the food was delicious. All the food was seasonal and fresh and the flavors were very well balanced. The only drawback was that the chairs are designed for small people and are very uncomfortable for plus sized folks. But the great meal distracted us and we really enjoyed our evening.

First time visit last night. Kale salad, Wagyu carpaccio, fettuccine, Ahi tuna, and the Chocolate crème brûlée were all absolutely delightful. My boyfriend and I are already excited to dine here again. Service was stellar as well!
