Needed a one night stay for a wedding on a Saturday. Lots of stairs. Not all rooms have a bath. Try the rooms on the 2nd floor great location., free parking. Nice folks. Room 5 had a weak Shower strong a/c. Smallish room. This is doable for what we needed. Not for the. Weak knee.

Clean, quiet, and affordable with an unbeatably convenient location, walking distance to restaurants and shops on Thames Street, the warfs, even a gas station right around the corner. The innkeeper Margaret was friendly and accommodating. Adorably decorated. Would confidently recommend it to anyone!
We did book this Inn last minute whilst we were driving to Cape Cod - it was a beautiful April weekend and so accommodation was scarce. My fiance (now husband) and I stayed at the Chart House Inn over Memorial Day weekend this year. Had a great stay! The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the location couldn't be beat! The Inn Keeper was lovely - very friendly and made us feel like we were at home.
