Having researched the fair value of the car they were generally cooperative with giving me the price. Free oil changes work too. Plenty of "at closing" sales opportunities. I'd be more complimentive if Toyota and the dealership would have stepped up and accepted their design flaws on the 2000 Siena - engine gunking. Parts are in stock when needed! I purchased some schocks for my Infiniti and they had speedy service. To my surprise it was not that expensive. The parking lot is extremely small and cramped.
