I'm really disappointed with this Lexus dealer. I bought my car because of the Five Star service! (Google Park Place Lexus in Plano, Texas.) I requested an estimate for a bit of service via the website to no avail. I followed up with a call; they'd get back to me. I called AGAIN but was told they are working on it (2 weeks later). So I called Toyota!
