2.5 hours late after having 24 hours notice. Driver scary, rude. Dropped car off at Toyota in middle of drive and gave NO info to service department, just left paperwork in car which was incorrect contact number for me. AND they stole the blind side mirror off my drivers side mirror AND caused minor damage to it... Really! Poor reviews on Yelp,,,a lot of them since 2013!!!!

I highly recommend Charity Towing to anyone needing their service! I was stuck at the side of the road in the middle of the night with my three children. The driver was in communication with me several times about his ETA. When he arrived he was patient with all my questions and understood the importance of me getting home quickly with my children. He had my SUV on the flatbed in five minutes...

My driver was awesome. Just moved here from California and my car broke down. I didn't Carrick the drivers name, but he was really nice. Best tow service I have experienced.
