Massage and facial were awesome. The robes were hard....please bring back soft and fluffy robes. The slippers were to big, please get small slippers.

I love... Nicole and Al for hair. Valerie, Juana, and Nadia for nails. Joey at the desk. Gala and Adrianna in the spa! I have been a customer since 2005 and spend a lot of time and money at the salon. A few things I would like to see improved are easier and more accurate scheduling, maybe some new snack options and REAL cream for the coffee. These are all small things, but it would improve the...
