I called this company at 10 pm one night in a panic after trying to find a pest control company who would do an emergency service. All the other companies I called said they were a 24 hour service, but this was the only one who really is. The people in the office are so great and helpful. Within an hour a tech was at my door. He spent almost two hours treating my home for mice making sure to cover ever inch of the home. Since then I have been using them for all my pest issues and now my neighbors are too. Everybody is all happy with smiles on there faces yet when they come to my home, they nearly exterminated my dog. I had to move into hotel for 4 days as i had rashes all over my body from the stuff they used. This is the second time i had to use them. To be honest the first...
last year Jeff approached me as he was starting up. ofered discount if I paid in full. big mistake. all went well till month 7, had to call and remind him. month 10 he never showed up. Telelphone numbers were disconnected. Finally reached him on his cel phone in January. he gave excuse he thought i was closed for season. i asked him to refund the last month i paid for, have never heard from him...

All I will say worst company to deal with for call back's and . They promise you the world and in the end you will never see them back . And or them returning your call . Just wish I had call a company with more experience .
