I am in the best shape of my life. My muscles are toned, my heart is pumping and my mind is settled and focused. I was looking for a class that my son (4.5 yrs) and I could do together ? a little bonding after the birth of my second son, now 1 year. I called Champion Martial Arts and was impressed by the confidence, politeness and professionalism of the call. I learned quickly that these characteristics continue into the studio. Mr. Gilley the owner is very passionate about what he does and it shows. He is very kind, yet very disciplined with his students. My son has learned a lot (now a purple belt) and his confidence has improved greatly.
