Challenger is my Number 1 place to have my cars worked on. I am treated as a valued customer...by name. Every bit of work is fully explained prior to it being done, and then upon picking up my vehicle. I get reminders of services, and can make my appointments online (although I prefer to do it either in person or on the phone). I tell everyone about the excellent service I get.

mr jeff is a wonderful person to explain all that he did to me about what is going on with my car!!!

love the customer service received by mr john; from the time I checked in, until the time he used their shuttle van to take me back and forth until my car was ready.

I will be going back to them when my car needs its next oil change and the other things fixed.
