I would recommend getting your rentals anywhere but here!!!! They are severely understaffed, took days to return my phone calls, delivered dirty rentals and did not offer to refund and also charged me for excessive cleaning fees and excessive amounts of items that they said were broken.

Would love to not give any stars because of the stress this company caused!!!! Don't expect ANYTHING on time!! We were promised our tent, tables, chairs, etc. on Fri. for a Sat. wedding. I was not real happy about the fact that they would not give us a time of delivery on Friday--especially since they told us to have people available to set up the tables and chairs as they would only unload...

Truly disgusted with this company! After being promised our tent would be set up on Thursday- they finally had it completed at 3:30 FRIDAY afternoon! Consequently, we did not have time to use all the decorations we had purchased to cover the ugly inside frame of the tent. I called to let them know my displeasure before I got an apology from staff. We went in 2 months before our wedding for an arbor. While there we asked the woman assisting us if the arbor on display, that was scratched and marked up was the one for rent, if so I would not have rented it. She said no, so I rented it. The day before the event, my fiancé (now wife) calls me and tells me it's all marked up with black marks. We called and left a message but the office closed...
