they call you cotact you all day if your payment is due on one day they call you the next day and keep calling you until you cant take it anymore the always say the want to help you but they dont  if you ask for your payoff for your loan you never get they say it not their department and will transfer you but the phone just rings then a recorder comes on to leave a message and still nothing...
