I agree, 0 stars should be an option. I rarely use toll roads, but have yet to experience an accurate bill. They always add a Violation Fee, even on the first billing. Then it takes 20-30 minutes...

If I could get away with no stars I would! This is pure mafia and nothing else. I received a violation notice in the mail today with a bill for $65.51 on 3 tolls I was charged back in January....
