Yesterday my 3 year old son and our neighbors daughter were so happy to see engine 60 driving up our road. They had just came from a call and we're leaving. They stopped the truck out
In front of my home and 2 firemen came over and gave the kids stickers and little information cards! That 30 seconds of time made my son have the biggest smile! Thank you for taking the time to do that small gesture!

My daughter had to call the fire dept to help me. It was an potentially embarrassing situation. They were so polite, gentle and caring that it totally eliminated the embarrassment. Thank you for your kind service.
