Held my car hostage for 2 months

Claimed car was ready on two separate occasions and when I called in days prior to pick it up it still was not ready.Extremely rude, deceitful, dishonest. I would NEVER recommend using such a shoddy shop in my life. Business practices and general client services everything to be desired. It is no wonder insurance companies do not direct customer's here.Learned the hard way, go to a real shop.
