The doctors here are wonderful but the staff is disorganized and uncaring. Every single time I call the office with a question or to find our blood work results I wait days before anyone ever calls back. When they do call, they are rude and short with me. I shouldn't even have to call and beg for my blood work results. Doctors should set aside time to call patients with these things. They will let me go days and days in pain before ever addressing my issues. They don't understand that they clock out and go home at the end of the day and I sit up all night and suffer because nobody took a second to call me. It's appauling!!!
Attempted to cancel appt due to illness. Receptionist would not cancel till I spoke with a nurse...never recd call back even at 3:45 in the afternoon. Left another message, no call...
Please fix your system. The doctors are excellant and the nurses are sweet a pie...just need to fix your call in system!!!!!! One star off especially for the frustration when I am sick!!!
