Cellar Restaurant

A gathering place and watering hole near the Virginia Tech campus, this storefront restaurant serves eclectic, inexpensive dishes. Chicken parm on pasta..... Portion is very large, but thickly breaded chicken tenders with cheese dumped on top isn't the best way to serve chicken parm... a little too accidental a preparation. good flavor.
