I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I usually have at least a hour wait with my own doctor, and that's when I have an appointment. I went to the ER once with a bad stomach bug and waited for 6 hours in the waiting room, then waited another hour until I was seen by a doctor! My family will continue to use the emergicenter. I hate waiting, like anyone else, but I'll take a 3 hour wait over a 6 hour wait anytime. I've found the doctors to be competent. Some have a better bedside manner, but they're all decent. Yes, the place looks a little rough, but they were around before...

they will tell you they take your insurance and then you end up with a big bill because they really don't. Call your insurance company in advance or just go to the emergency room instead

Terrible service - waited for hours then son was seen quickly - and billed $190 for our troubles - I'd rather go to the emergency room.

My two girls and I were treated at the Cedar Crest EmergiCenter for the flu and also a corneal abrasion in December. I have nothing but less than a five star review for the care we received there. The doctors were thorough and the nurses were exceptional and efficient. I highly recommend them should you need care during off-hours or anytime, for that matter.

While at this center I met a wonderful nurse who I could see was over worked yet she smiled at all times. I returned multiple times after when she was working only to return a week ago to find she had left the facility. I was sad. I appreciated her kindness. There aren't to many nurses like this one. I believe her name on her tag was Jo. Thank you for your awesome service with a smile.
