I called CBC to pick up and service my riding lawnmower. After hearing nothing from them for one week, I called to check on my mower's status. I was told a time estimate was impossible to give. A week later, they called to inform us the mower was ready. I went by the shop, paid the total bill, including delivery, and they promised to deliver that afternoon. They neither came nor called to...
