I called around to all the local schools looking for a good place to train for my family and I. I have noticed that they all teach great self-defense and teach very well, however Caywood's seem to talk bad about the other schools. This is a real negative for others and myself. The truth is, you should try out each place and make a decision based on your own experience and not what they tell...
