Help us make it rightThis is a great pool company and I would highly recommend them! We had very specific requests and 5 other pool companies said they could not give us what we wanted but CAYS rose to the challenge and gave us the pool and backyard of our dreams. They stand out because they customize your pool so you don't end up with a cookie cutter shape that everyone else has in their backyard. The owner does most of the work himself so you know you are getting the best. I am extremely satisfied with the results.
This man is a nightmare.. He claimed he owned a pool company and said he worked with a previous employer and he would be taking over for him. He measure our liner too small, causing it to concave in. We asked where did he purchase the liner he would not tell us but it cost several thousand dollars. We asked on numerous occasions to give us the name of the company to we can utilize the 20 warranty for a replacement liner and he refuses to give us our information. He is a crook and con artist. Do not believe what he tells you as he lies all the time. No truth in him. We have kicked him out of our neighbor hood because we all fail victims to his lies.
