My car broke down on a Thursday evening. I had taken my car here previously since it came highly recommended from a friend. The previous trip was for minor work (tire patch and new brakes.)

I had my car towed there and left a message on their voice mail detailing what had gone wrong with the car.

They called me in the morning and whomever called was very short and rude with me. He had not...
