Beyond terrible. Once were very good. Last 6 months, I have had numerous cancellations, billing issues, terrible customer service and poor cleaning when they do finally show up. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Cathy's was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier with the service. The lady that they sent over - May - is an incredibly hard-working, friendly person who really made sure to get my apartment as clean and organized as possible.

Originally I signed up to have Cathy's clean my apartment once a month, however the service is so great that I now have them send over May every two weeks.

I couldn't be happier with the service and have recommended them to several friends.

I've only had good experiences when it comes to using Cathy's Cleaning. I used one of their cleaners (Kim) initially to help get my apartment clean after moving in. Kim came on time, was pleasant, and did everything I had outlined. She wasn't shy about asking questions to insure that everything was done as I expected. My apartment was left in mint condition. I use Cathy's Cleaning Service to clean my apartment in Washington DC once every two weeks. I have the same cleaner come in every time - Noelle. She comes on time, uses my green cleaning supplies and does a fantastic job of cleaning my 2 BR apartment. Have recommended the service to multiple friends.

Cathy's Cleaning Service just cleaned a rental property that my husband and I own. I just want to say thanks for doing such a great job! The house looks fantastic and I know that alot of work had to be done! Will definately use their services again!!!
