Working with a Cathy to find a home was a very positive experience. She was always available even on short notice to show us a house and once we found the one we wanted she was always available to answer any questions until the day we closed. She really went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. It was a true pleasure working with her.

She was one of the most candid and nicest agents I've spoken with since starting this process. She was to the point and understood exactly what I wanted without forcing the budget.

Very professional and patient. Showed us rentals in our budget. She gave us pointers on what to look for and what needs to be fixed by owner upon moving in. Very nice! Highly recommend!
