Overall we were pleased with our stay. The room was smaller than expected but still comfortable. The bathroom was very nice, especially the shower/bath wet room. The fit and finish of the room is what I had an issue with, but it was minor. Nail heads coming out of the drywall, scratches in the paint on walls and the lounge chair in the room had a couple of stains. We really enjoyed the hotel's...

Flawless check in experience. Not my first time at this hotel and the staff has always been great. I love this place as base of operations in Austin.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Staff are friendly. The rooms are great. Bed is good and the hotel is quiet. I can never tell how many people are staying in the hotel. Will stay again.

Would not recommend to anyone or stay here again. Room had portable air conditioner and was not told when we checked in that there was an air conditioner problem.
