the best in asheville. owner and operator an engineer and ex pilot. has many good and trusted employees. I owe them greatly for the good jobs they did for me at sawyer motor buuilding and saving me from certain disaster when they inspected a new property I was and did buy at craggy in swannanoa. unless rich is no longer the main person there I am not sure why they have gotten poor ratings ....

These people managed my properities for me for 1 year. The worst no feed back monthly reports and my checks always late and confusing. Several promises not followed through on. I called the BBB on them. I quit there servive in Jan 2010 and moved my properities to JD Jackson I'm still confused a on what they owe me in Security deposits and rents they collected owed back to me. DON'T do anything...

This has to be the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. If there were a negative star rating I'd give them a -5. They are slow to do ANY repair from a simple replacement latch on a storage door to larger repairs. People in our complex have been trying to get repairs done for well over a year and there's always an excuse. Funny how they continue to take our HOA...
