With "the best flat white this side of Wellington", kiwi coffee clutchers also praise Arlington's native New Zealander for its "awesome brunch", "great" desserts and other-hemisphere "noshes" at budget prices; the staff is "efficient" and the "pleasant, "arty" decor – featuring rotating works by local artists – would make the cafe's namesake Impressionist proud.
What a charmer, this little neighborhood place, with its for-sale paintings on the wall and its clusters of chatting friends and families. What the owners offer is an array of dishes with a purported New Zealand flair, with sandwiches, pasta dishes and salads, and for dinner, sea scallops, lamb, and even a classic meatloaf. Best Flat White Coffee I've had since moving to the States! My family and I had a great Dinner; the pies and pavlova were just like back home. Awesome service too! We will be back for sure!
Ate dinner out in their delightful back porch last night. Loved the spicy calamari, chicken satay, fish special (grilled sea bass) and a flavorful shrimp rice dish. Our server, Beverly, was professional, timely, and friendly. I wouldn't change a thing. And I LOVE how they have table water (a bottle left of the table- something I see everywhere down under)

New Zealand inspired menu in a locals restaurant with a nice staff. Menu was very interesting. We enjoyed the lamb kabob, tomato basil soup, and the mussel empanada (or was it a New Zealand styled pie?). The latter came with a tomato chutney that was excellent.
