The poor professionalism of the Casey Auto Group is due to the incompetent staff. The higher ups sit in their comfy cozy offices and haven't a clue what goes on in their individual dealer offices. While shopping around for a new vehicle, we called this dealership to see what they could do for us. They made a lot of big promises on the phone: Well give you $3,000 off of any model we have and give you what you want for your trade-in. When we got there, we found out it was all lies. The $3,000 was only for one type of vehicle, and they offered us less than anyone else on our trade-in.
We purchased a great car from Casey and liked the salesman very much. We continue to get the car serviced at Casey and they do a satisfactory job, but often do not have the parts in stock which results in a follow up visit. However, we have found the support staff to be very unprofessional and coupled with a misleading rebate program, they have lost our business. We will never purchase another...
